About Budkiss

In December of 2010, Budkiss and his eight siblings were born. Shortly after, the reservation rescue pups were brought to the sanctuary to find their forever homes. Budkiss and his sister Hazel are the last of the litter remaining at the sanctuary and are still looking for their perfect matches. Budkiss is almost full grown at around 35-40 pounds and is very calm despite his age. He loves people, food, sitting in his water bucket, and cuddling with his sister.

His Perfect Match

We think Budkiss’ sweet disposition will make him an easy addition to most households. He’s very submissive and good with other dogs, though he can be fearful at times. Budkiss has never lived inside, so potential adopters should be aware that Budkiss, like many rescues, requires extra love and training to help him adjust to new environments. One of Budkiss’ favorite things is sitting in his water bucket; we’d love to find a family that could take him swimming somewhere larger!

As with all of our rescues, Budkiss has been neutered and is up-to-date on all of his vaccines. Approved applicants pay an adoption fee of $25.00 that contributes to rescue services.
