Cove

Cove came from Washington State, where her owner dreamed of having a wolf standing on a cliff overlooking the sea. To make that dream come true, he purchased Cove from a breeder. However, he did not properly research the responsibilities of owning a wolf dog and soon found himself in trouble. He tried his best to take care of Cove, but she proved to be a handful; he could not socialize her, he could not train her, and he could not contain her (she easily scaled his ten-foot fence). Realizing his mistake, he initially returned Cove to the breeder. However, while at the breeder, Cove and two other animals tunneled out and escaped into the wilderness for two weeks. When she returned, Cove was badly injured with most of her tail missing. The man took Cove back from the breeder and finally found us, where he placed her.

Cove is very social towards humans, although she does prefer woman. While in her enclosure, Cove might climb on your back to affectionately pull on your hair. Otherwise, she might begin to scent roll on you. Cove is most famously known for her incredible leaps, in which she can touch her nose to the top of her twelve feet fence. Cove's favorite past time is to fence fight with her neighbor, Shakti. Cove got along well with her long-time mate Hawk, but would steal his food if given the chance. When Hawk passed away, Cove was upset, but also excited about the prospect of having volunteers visit, since her boyfriend prevented her from playing with new volunteers. Cove lived by herself for a few months before receiving a brand new boyfriend, Lucian, in a brand new enclosure. Cove seems to like her new handsome young man, and the two love to wrestle before breakfast in the morning.

Cove is a high-content wolf dog, with black and silver Timber wolf.
