Oscar and his brother, Zeus, were owned by a man who took care of them very well. The man made every attempt to protect the siblings from the normal problems wolf dogs experience; however, even with all of his efforts, he was unable to avoid catastrophe. After an incident Zeus was involved in, Oscar and his brother came to Wild Spirit with the intention of simply boarding until the owner could move to new property; however, the brothers were both left at Wild Spirit with little to no contact from the owner. After more than two years time, the Sanctuary has now taken on the responsibility of their permanent care. |

Oscar is a friendly giant. He looks intimidating, but he is an extremely sweet and kind man. He is most content when his caretaker is giving him scratches. Oscar can also be playful, and although when playing he might look fierce, he is still very gentle. One of his favorite activities is to go on walks; he will begin to go absolutely nuts when you walk towards him with a leash! Oscar did live with his brother Zeus until sibling rivaly kicked in, and the siblings had to be separated. Oscar is now staying with Gaia, and the two are a cute pair. Oscar has let Gaia be the boss with no qualms whatsoever.
