| Yukon is quite the character! From breaking out of the kennel on his ride over to Wild Spirit, to nipping on his caretaker's butt, Yukon is never short of surprises. Yukon is not shy around humans, and will come up to many new people to sniff them. However, he doesn't seem fond of any real sort of physical touching. Yukon is something of a troublemaker, and while he hasn't done anything serious, he will cause mischievous. His favorite pastime is to sneak up on his caretaker and give her a gentle bite on the legs or butt. Overall, Yukon is a very calm man who isn't fazed much by anything. He lived with his long-time mate, Sierra, and the two got along well. Unfortunately, his companion of many years passed away, and Yukon turned into a single-parent. |

When his kids were born, Yukon turned from a calm man into a protective father! He spent his time patrolling the area around the den site, huffing at intruders and silencing noisy neighbors. Even when it rained, Yukon continued to make his rounds around the den, not even taking shelter to stay dry. Just like Momma wolf, he began to loosen up as his kids grew older, but at a much faster rate than Sierra. He will continue to rest while his caretaker wanders around the enclosure, only perking to attention if she gets a bit too close to the kids. Yukon has been teaching his children that humans are not that scary, and due to his efforts, the children have become much more comfortable about human visitors.
