Please join us for our 5th Annual Howl-o-Ween Party on Saturday, October 23rd! Each year, the party gets bigger and better, and we are already excited for this year's festivities.
The event will last from 3:00pm to 10:00pm, and reservations are REQUIRED!
Schedule of Events
11:00am, 12:30pm, 2:00pm, 3:30 pm - Guided Tours
Tag along for one of our guided tours led by a knowledgeable volunteer. These tour times will be available to anyone, regardless of your participation in our Howl-o-Ween Party.
3:00pm - Jack-o-Lantern Carving Contest
Carve a Jack-o-Lantern and enter it into our Pumpkin Carving Contest for the chance to win a photo certificate of you with one of our wolves. Also, be sure to help our volunteers prepare for the Pumpkin Toss Enrichment.
4:00pm - Pumpkin Toss
Take out your cameras and get the chance to walk behind the barriers to take photos of our wolves through the fence! Our wolves will put on quite a show while shredding and munching on pumpkin treats.
5:30pm - Ambassador Program
Gather round while Leyton talks during our Ambassador program with Flurry, a three-year old Arctic wolf. Learn about our sanctuary, wild wolves, the difference between wolves and dogs, and much more. Afterwards, you will have the chance to greet Flurry!
Grill-master George will be providing BBQ brisket, hamburgers, baked potatoes, and salad for dinner. Veggie burgers will also be available!
7:30pm - 'Mystery Wolf Theater' Spooky Night Tour
Go on an after-dark tour of the Sanctuary as you look for clues to solve a mysterious disappearance.
8:30pm - Campfire Program
Join us around the campfire for an interactive story. Later, we will say goodbye to the animals who have passed away this year.
When the night is done, pitch a tent in our primitive campground, bring the RV, or head back on the road!
Cabins and campsites are also available at the nearby
El Morro RV Park and Cabins.
Reservations and Pricing
This event is by reservation only. Space is limited.
Ticket prices are $30 for adults and $15 for children (ages 7 to 12). Price includes a free tour on Saturday or Sunday, all of the day's activities, camping, and dinner. Lunch will be available for purchase at the Howling Wolf Grill during the day until 4:00pm.
